Lexi walked out to Rachel who was essentially wearing the same outfit as her sitting with her gym back ready to go workout. “Ready to go?” Asked Lexi as she exited her room. “Yeah, I didn’t get a pre workout snack, for some reasons the bananas you bought were no good as well as that celery, I couldn’t even stomach it,” said Rachel as she walked behind Lexi out their apartment door. “I know I tried to eat something healthy last night but the new stuff I had bought must have gone bad too, even though it looked perfectly fine. I actually might complain because we need to start our diet her and lose this flab,” said Lexi.
The two girls walked into the gym but being their size a new self conscious aspect creeped into the girls mind. Lexi and Rachel were used to being the best looking and tonedest women in the gym but since their transformation they were easily one of the fattest. “Alright let’s start how we normally do, 15 minutes on the treadmill for a warm up and then to the squat rack,” said Rachel as the two girls walked to the extensive rows of treadmills. Lexi hoped up in the nearest one and started it at 5 miles an hour for an easy pace and increase it as time went on. What she thought was going to be an easy pace was wearing her down after just a couple minutes. Previously Lexi could have ran this pace for hours and never break a sweat but in her new body it was much more work. She could feel her massive chubby thighs aggressively rubbing up against each other. Her belly came up and slapped against the front of her thighs with every step as her breast swung from side to side despite wearing the largest sports bra that Amazon sold. In just 5 minutes she was drenched in sweat and so out of breath that she needed to hop off the treadmill and put her hands on her knees.
Lexi looked up to see how Rachel was faring and her fat roommate was struggling just as much as her with her giving up running on the treadmill just moments after Lexi. “That’s got to be close to 15 minutes, right?” Asked Rachel as she panted and huffed completely exhausted from the little work she had just done. “Yeah, it had to be close,” said Lexi thinking that no way that anything less than 15 minutes would cause her that much more trouble. “So off to the squat rack, let get that toned asses back,” said Lexi as the two sweaty out of shape girls went over to the squat racks to continue their workout. Lexi and Rachel loaded up the bar with their normal starting weight as Rachel took her position under the bar. “Alright Rachel you got this, let’s get the skinny body back,” said Lexi trying to encourage her fat friend. Rachel attempted to finish just one rep but before she was halfway up, she needed help from Lexi to lift the bar the remaining way. “Rachel come on that skinny frame isn’t gonna come back without a little bit of effort,” said Lexi. “It’s just I’m so hungry that I must be getting lightheaded,” said Rachel trying to excuse her first attempt at her lift. “Well, you better figure it out because we’re not eating anything for a while so we shed some of this poundage,” said Lexi as she pinched a chunk of Rachel’s fat belly.
“Now spot me,” said Lexi as she places herself under the bar that Rachel struggled to lift. This should be easy; this is just a warm up weight I’ve lifted stuff way heavier than this thought Lexi. “Alright go,” said Rachel as Lexi took the weight off the rack and squatted down. But Lexi had the same problem as Rachel, although they were lifting the same bar weight the additional weight from their bodies was the reason that they were struggling so hard. “Wow I thought you wanted to get skinny?” Said Rachel sarcastically making fun of the statement Lexi made just moments ago. “Okay it’s harder than it looks and it’s not my fault that I’m so hungry and all the food at home is somehow rotten,” said Lexi. “Well here’s the thing we’re not going to get our bodies back in one day and I think that this is a good first step, like we did a god amount of cardio and our bodies probably burn nearly twice as many calories as it used to so we probably burned as much as an old workout in that time,” said Rachel trying to spin the girls terrible workout as a good thing. “I think you’re actually right because I feel way more tired than after any of our old workouts,” said Lexi. “So we can call it a day and be back tomorrow and get another workout in,” said Rachel rationalizing the short workout the two girls had actually done. “I agree you know what they say, weight loss is gradual and we’re taking the proper steps,” said Lexi as she could only focus on what she was going to eat after this.
The two girls left the gym and attempted to make their way home but as they were driving they stopped at a stoplight across from a Burger King. The smell of the fast food had the girls in a chokehold. “You know we did work hard today and the food at the house is bad so it wouldn’t hurt,” said Lexi trying to convince Rachel that stopping for food was a good idea. “Yeah we’ll just get something small,” agreed Rachel as she pulled into the drive through. Both girls were starving and both knew that getting a small meal was not going to satisfy them, but the workout they had would counteract that right? They both thought.
